If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

• Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on any products purchased from our website, your statutory rights are not affected. Exchanges will be honoured anytime within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase on un-used or damaged item(s) (statutory rights are not affected). All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and all labels intact. Please handle the product and packaging with reasonable care when handling. We will not be able to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. When you return your goods for an exchange, please retain proof of posting from your shipped item(s), otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that fails to reach us.
